hey im in the same situation and i have found that yes you can do that so hears what you do.

Step 1-arrange with your family member for friends family(who ever is adopting you) and make sure thair ready to file custody

step 2-get a reason why u should be emancipaed like did your mom or dad hit u (make sure to take a picture for evidienc) or that your house in unliveable in yet again take a picture for evidience.

step 3-after you get yor reason go to school and durling lunch time or class time tell your teacher you need to talk to your gidence officers(every school has to have one) then go to him/her and tell your reasons. it is cirtain that she will call hrs (child poliece) and they will halfto come to your house.

step 4-when the ocil worker comes to inspect your house he or she will si down to talk to your parents. once she is done ask her if u can talk to her in privot at this time show her the pictures.and she will most likley tak you to the hrs or poliece station.

step 5-when u arrive to the station they will ask you if any one that you know that treats you right ill like to look after you wile thay process you at this time give the information of the family that you have arranged with earlier.

step 6- you will go to thair house and then the family will file an temporay adoption thne the hrs wil investigate.

step7-if u had a good enuf reason the hrs will file a case against your parents then you will halfto go to cort sing your song about why you want to live with the outher family and 9 out of 10 chances you will be livng with your adtive family and all they will halfto is file an perminate adoption order and your set.

good luck with your new family edward elrick

listen honey, I don’t know what your situation is but please do not take advice from the 7 step person above. If he can’t spell, he sure can’t have any good advice to give.
