Do I need my parents consent to leave?

I hate my home life and Im constantly getting verbaly abused. Yes I have tried drugs and stuff but I HAVE to get out of my house and my bestfriends mom says I can move in. How do I do this? Where do I go to get forms and do I need my parents consent? I know they will not give it to me. What do I do? Im very responsible.

Ok…I’ve been thru this…u need to get a job and after uv had it for about 2 - 4 weeks and you have a pay stub go to the court house and get a emancipation form…basicaly your divorcing your parents…fill it out and do erything they tell u. It takes you about 3-5 months…u need the job to show your independence. Listen carefully. Once this is done your parrents have NO responcibility for u…your totaly on your own. Please don’t do this if your friends parents are going to kick you out in a month… Feel free to ask any questions…I know how rough it is out on your own… Good luck.
