how can I legaly move in with my friends with both parents consent?

im 15 and cant stand my parents. they have gone mental and cant be talked to. I try to reason but they told me to deal with it or find another family. I asked for their consent and they said if its legal then they would give consent and I have families who have already offered to take me in. how do I make this happen?

If your perents have agreed they only need to go to human services and get the child constent sighn… I just hope you are not making a mistake.

As far as I know you do not need any official papers, just remember that your folks are still legally responsible for you until you are 18 that responsibility does not pass to your host family, but as far as living with them, as long as your parents give permission than it is okay.

If your parents consent to it then it is legal you need nothing official, just there consent and the consent of your host family.

so I can just literally start living in my friends house and theres nothing legal to it? no papers or whatever?
