my mom might send me away to a private school in like new york or something…and I didnt do anything wrong, I make good grades. My mom is going through a divorce, is that why? I have no idea.

Maybe she wants you to have a better education. She cares about you and since you get good grades, maybe she thinks you are up for it. Or maybe it is because of the divorce. If she needs some alone time to work things out, then maybe you should let her have it. Divorces are tough, even if it doesn’t seem like it. Try to be supportive right now :). private schools may just offer you something better more challenging ( in a good way ) you know since you ALREADY do good in school
