You can’t - a blood test is still a pregnancy test.

You HAVE to take a pregnancy test my dear. If you were mature enough to have sex, you have to be mature enough to walk your little butt up to the register and purchase a pregnancy test. It’s very important that you find out as soon as you can for you and the babies health.
