Where/how can I edit pictures so that there's an outline around it, like this one?

Answer #1

I think that it’s in photobucket.com, but I think you have to download the site to be able to access it.

In Photoshop…

  1. Use the lasso tool and trace around the picture of the person (be sure to be on the layer with the photo you need outlined)
  2. Click “command” and “j” (on mac), or control and J for PC, it will copy the selected portion of the picture.
  3. On the layer with the copy, use the bucket tool and select the outline color you’d like and click somewhere on the photo to fill it with the color
  4. Hit “Command” and “T” (mac) or “Control” and “T” for PC and drag the edges of the outline, on it’s layer to make it expand.
  5. Move/ Drag the outline until it looks correct (you will probably have to place the colored outline layer below the original pic so that it’s viewed as essentially behind your photo.) Hope that helps!!
