How do I edit pictures on my phone?

(EnV Touch) I know obviously go to the picture and hit edit….but like when i go to effect (Contrast, Sharpness, Blur, Brightness) it won’t let me move the arrows.

go to the picture..select options..choose edit. i have the same phone…although there isnt much editing you can do to it .
