eating problems

how can I control my anxiety of eating. I cant control my self and I eat costantly I’ve gain 30 pounds in like 5 weeks

It may sound silly but color. When you are stressed grab some crayons and a coloring book or a word search. Always helps me. =o)

I have too. I’m an emotional eater and I eat when im bored and stressed and stuff so I know what you mean. Drink lots of water when you think you may be hungry and stay occupied throughout the day!

Whenever you feel like you need to eat go for a walk or just do something to take your mind off of it. You don’t have to stop eating, just grab some fruit and snack on that. Also, clear your cupboards of all junk foods :) Buy some filling snacks like savoury rice or cous cous, they’re not very fattening and will probably satisfy your craving. You can still eat when your hungry, just try and aim for the healthy options. x

I know it might be a little bit gross, but drinking warm water can help, I’ve tried it and it works
