eat pretty much anything EXCEPT hard crunchy food like nuts, ice cubes, suckers, hard candy…etc…anything kind of crunchy like chips, pizza crust and toasted subs need to be cut up or torn apart so you don’t have to cruch through them to chew them. Also no sticky stuff!! gum, taffy, carmel, other wise it can pull your wires out. the hard foods will break your brackets off of your teeth. Apples, celery or carrots and stuff like that make sure to cut them up and cut your steak into slivery slices too. Slow down when you chew your ffod and be more carefull while biting things. if you have cold cereal let it soak up the milk for a few seconds first to soften it up, and suck on chips for a few seconds to soften them. does this clarify and give you perspective enough? hope I helped!! :) good luck and congratulations in taking the first step to having a beautiful smile you will never regret. wear your retainers when your all finished or they will move!! :) Thanks!
