I don’t think there’s much you can eat when you have a stomach flu. Clear fluids, dry toast, and crackers are your best options.

I had gastric flu, it was bad, lasted four days. Eat dry things, like toast, crackers, cookies, bran muffins also helped. Dont eat icecream or jelly or rice-BAD PUKING EFFECTS! also at night before you go to bed drink sprite, 7up or flat coke to ease your stomach, it really works. And when i woke up at night I always had cravings for sprite. With stomach flu theres no such thing as to much sprite. Also, treat it with anti-biotics, thats how my mum cured mine.

when you have the stomach flu you should put your self on the B.R.A.T Diet which is Bananas, Rice, Apple Sauce, & Toast. Also lots of water and gatorade/powerade. Slow slips. When I had it recently I lived on little goldfish crackers, lol.

My doctor said no citrus, no big heavy meals, dairy, ect.

Hope this helps! Get well soon! :)

Answer #4

Just eat dry foods and drink water and soda.

Answer #5

If you have viral gastroenteritis about all you can do is to stay off food and drink only clear liquids (broth, apple juice, gatorade, jello, etc) until you are better; that’s my doctor’s approach anyway. If you still can’t keep food in you after 2 days than you should see your Dr. If you have bacterial gastroenteritis than antibiotics can help clear it up.
