how do I keep my food down in my stomach after eating?

Hello, I’m slightly anorexic/bulimic, and I’m slowly trying to get my body to accept food as well as mentally and physical. but everytime I do eat, it either makes me sick that I need to rest or that I do vomit constantly and I wont stop till its gone. any suggestions? please?

You should talk to a doctor, they have medication for that.

Start off with softer foods, such as apple sauce, yogurt, ect. Slow transition to harder foods, jello, then perhaps bread, crackers, ect. However, I’m no doctor. Your best bet is to consult one.
