What should I do or eat to make my hair grow thicker?

mine falls off everyday (alot) i am getting worried? I am tired of all the products out there.

honey, everyones hair sheds every day. Do you straighten your hair? I have naturally curly hair and its thick and I shed A LOT of hair every day. And when I straighten my hair it does it more. You’re not going to go bald I can assure you that. :) Just make sure you use a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. I use Tresemme Moisture Rich and it works fine. :)

For healthy hair, you should be eating Salmon, dark green vegetables like spinach, broccoli, and swiss chard. And beans. Beans are excellent for hair growth.

Stop worrying…stress will add to the fall out. If your not abusing your hair, not on new medications, and eating a healthy diet but your still loosing alot of hair have your doctor check your thyroid.

I don’t know any tricks for growing thicker hair (though I’m sure there are some out there), but I do know that wearing braids (while you sleep if you don’t like the way they look on you) will make your hair grow longer, faster!
