Easy ways to lose weight?

Are there any e-z ways to lose weight, like super fast, and healthy. Like 5 pounds in 1 week?

No… it CANNOT be ‘super-fast’ AND ‘healthy’ …the healthy way is always gradual…

No, if there were an easy way then we would all be slim. If you starve yourself and excersise for a whole week then yes you will lose weight temporarily. You will also feel like crap and have no energy to the point where you want to faint. Then once you start eating normally again any weight you lost will come straight back! Just eat healthy nutritious foods and get your heart rate up by excersising for at least half an hour each day. Another tip is to eat your biggest meal at breakfast then lunch have a smaller meal then at dinner eat very little. This way you will not have a heap of food sitting in your stomach while you sleep which will be stored as fat since your not burning it off.

There is no “easy” way to loose weight. It takes work.

-Make water your primary drink after breakfast (juice for breakfast) -Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones -No fried foods - only grilled or baked -No Soda! -No prepared food that the first 4 ingredients are fructose or corn syrup. -Salads - no dressing - use vinegar instead -No buttery flavorings - use spices and hot sauce instead -Cut down on the carbs - use whole wheat instead. -Walk for an hour a day -Walk up and down stairs for 15 mintues a day

Here’s some healthy food ideas:

-Carrot Sticks and Hummus -Pita Bread Chicken Wraps -Use lettuce instead of bread - put a slice of turkey, some mustard, and roll it up. -Frozen Grapes or Berries -Low-fat yogurt and granola -Nuts, Seseame Seeds, and Legumes -Baby Dill Pickles (barely any calories) -Sliced Bell Peppers, dipped in cottage cheese mixed with hot sauce -Frozen Orange Juice - eat it like sorbet -Veggies and Fruit -Freeze Bananas dipped in yogurt! It’s yummy and good for you

ok guys… I have an idea… you can try Surya Namaskar…I am not sure if you wil know what it is… its an Asana in YOGA… search online or go for a good yoga tutor, he will tell you how do it. you better don’t start it by your self, else you will end up in cramps. So plzzz… don’t try urself. I tried this when I wanted to wear an old shirt of mine.. and BINGO! 1 week after practice… I wore it. I used to do for 8 times a day in the morning. It works…I agree that my body type is like that… I can just loose o gain weight wenever I want…so try you r luck! Good luck buddy

The only reason you would lose weight that fast is because you are unhealthy. If you have bad eating and exercising habits and you change to small healthy meals and start doing cardio you probably will lose weight.
