Easy way to be skinny?

Okay okay well over the weakend I sorta over ate and still have been so I gained a lil weight it could just be bloating but I don’t know. I wanna know tho is their an easy way to drop a couple of pounds fast?? I can’t do he whole starving thing because I tried that before lol it worked but now I can’t because temptation to eat is too great lol I weigh round 116,don’t tell me I too skinny because the way im built im not at all too skinny but anyways how can I drop a few pounds easy or help bloating.

well I weigh 122, and what I do is just eat healthy, and do some fun execises that I see on tv…just run or something, or look on youtube! if you want, you can cut back on how much you eat and if you have a craving for chocolate, eat dark chocolate because it satisfies your craving faster. do about 100 situps in the morning and at night or right after you eat if you can…the game Dance dance revolution works really well too…an its awesome! lol

use the green tea diet I used it and I lost 10 pounds in 1 and a half months! just drink 5 cups of green tea a day and do 30 crunches a day it realy works and once a week preferably on weekends drink ballerina tea… hope it helps! :)
