What is earl grey tea?

I was just wondering, what’s earl grey Tea, and maybe what does it taste like? because I heard ot in a weird al song and I’m just curious. thanks!

I don’t really care for Earl Gray tea. To me bergamot does not taste good.

Green or white tea is what I like though every now and then I taste a plain oolong or black tea that is ok.

anyway earl grey tea is an authentic english tea you can buy it at tea stores,you silly nilly

It’s a distinctively flavored black tea. It has the oil of bergamot oranges added to give it the taste. It’s my favorite hot tea, and in my opinion the very best brand is Bigalow, and I’ve tried every brand I could find. I like it very sweet. As an aside, Capt. Jean-Luc Picard (of Star Trek fame) always ordered it. And Weird Al was giving homage to Jean-Luc Picard in his song “White and Nerdy”.
