How to help a dog sick to its stomach?
what can I give my 12 week old pup sick to stomach from worms ..she was dewormed friday with dontral I think it was but now she doesnt want to eat and is sick to her tummy??she took the pill she is just sick to stomach afterwards ..
id say go back to the vet…or go to a vet and ask them about some other things that you could give your puppy. its likely hat theres nothing wrong with what shes eating, she just doesnt like the taste of it! maybe yo could try putting it in her food or something? but ask the vet if its ok to mix it with food, because im not sure but thers some options for you!
I’d do the same as darkrose…boiled rice had hamberger or chicken…add meat to the water for rice, bring to a boil, add rice (minute rice works just fine)…Let cool, and feed a little several times a day, for a few days, to “cool” off his tummy…Gradually start adding puppy food to the rice after day 3 or 4.
You might ask the vet if he has some of the paste wormer, instead of the pill…it seems to be much easier on baby tummy’s…and they like the taste of it…

this happen to my pup too after being wormed itrs pretty normal I guess just try to give your pup some cooked chicken with rice or somme yougurt will also help with the pups stomach aches it should go away on its own but if this continues you defenatly need to go to the vets office right away!!
