oh no, i dont blame him.. it happened before when i had a sudden change of schedule and he didnt know when to go. Just tired of making the marks worse as i dont know what the hell im doing. so thanks.

There’s this brush with stiff brittles that I used the one time my cat went on the carpet (my bad, she was crying to be let out and I was in the bath thinking she was just being a pain). After the liquid stuff, the brush is a little better than a towel.

You may eventually should consider getting one of the steam vacuum that have the water heater built in. Like Bissell models. They are expensive but very useful if you have inside pets. What you do is get as much out as possible and then steam clean the area to fully remove what is embedded in the fibers. After you get done make sure to clean your steamer dirty water tank with bleach and water and also have the machine suck in clean water mixed with bleach to sanitize the machine. Finish up with clean water and let it dry.

Windex is also a good spot remover the amonia in it takes out any spot.
