Dog not Eating

My daughter’s 2 1/2 year old dog has a fungal and bacterial infection that are very hard to get rid of. She has lost 10 pounds since this all started about 6 months ago. Her teeth hurt so she doesn’t want to eat. Does anyone know of a good soft food that will help her gain her weight back. She will eat human food (lunch meat, bacon, chicken) and will also eat canned cat food. She turns her nose up at canned dog food. Very finicky eater. Thanks for your input.

what are the vet’s recomending you do for her? Green beans are also good for dogs. Try boiling rice and chicken or rice and burger.

Try some Natural Balance Dog Food rolls…they are nutricious, and from the reactions I’ve seen VERY tasty…they are also high in calories…

I used to buy them at Petco…this is what they look like.

another thing too is to boil up eggs and put in her food, its good protein for her and great for her coat as well, she may get a bit gassy if too much is given, but the eggs will be good for her
