why do dogs eat grass???

why do dogs eat grass and/or what will that do to their digestion system or anything inside of them???

My dog was not feeling well and when I took him out on the leash to potty he ate grass and barfed later.I got worried but he felt way better and was himself once more.

I think it is because they have a tummy ache. so they eat grass because grass makes them puke and when they puke they feel better.

Dogs eat grass when they are sick to make themselves throw up. Because when they throw up, there’s a chance that they will lose the virus they have.

I give him his daily dog food which he like but EVERYtime time I take him for potty he eats grass and if I let him he’ill probably eat the whole yard!!!
