does Saturated fat matter ?

I am trying to lose weight and counting calories but do I also have to watch Saturated fat or not really? I am so confused is it just calories or what ? someone please help ?? thanks

eat 5 small meals a day. 3 meals (lunch break. dinner) and snacks in between such as fruit nuts or yogurt. Also you may want to try cutting carbs complex carbs anyway (bread patatoes). Try eating to serving sizes a day and make sure that they contain whole grains. It works I promise. Also keep a positive attitude and dont give up!!! :) plus find an exercise program that you will like

if you want to lose weight you should cut calories, but the amount of calories you should cut depends on your weight. try only consuming 1,800 calories a day. Yes it is true calories do equal energies, but you have to decrease the amount of calories you eat and increase your output (amount you burn) in order to lose weight

who ever told you that you need to be concern with the ammount of calories you consume?…lol calories = energy!! it drives me nuts when people think that calories = fat! cause they don’t! saturated fat on the other hand is something you’d always have to watch, cause it can cause cholesterol!

if you’re trying to lose weight!! my best advice for you is to eat better (snack on fruits and veggies, eat smaller meal portions, eat lean meats, wheat/whole grains, buy low fat or no fat yougurt…ect)! and have 30-45mins (cardio/weights) of exercise as a part of your daily routine!
