I doubt it. Its most defenitely just a rumour. Red Bull gets its name from the ingredient Taurine which it contains which is an amino acid. The company wouldn’t be allowed to put Bull Sperm in it without saying it on the ingredients! And I guess they could use some fancy name for bull sperm but I assure Taurine isn’t sperm =]
