Every girl gets different amount of pain. And some dont get it at all!
I get VERY bad pains myself.. but advil helps a lot, and I really reccommend it !
There is also a brand of pain killers called Midol and it is specifically for period cramps and aches and headaches when you have your period.
Bananas also good for period cramps.
Don’t get too worried- every girl has different body and different period !

Its different for everyone. I personally have really bad pain, but my sister has none. So, it just depends, hopefully you are lucky and don’t have any! :)
some people have them pretty bad, some just a little, and others dont have them at all. dont worry about it though, nothing a little pain killer cant fix!
