Does implantation mean your pregnant?

Im a 17 year old female my boyfriend and I recently had sex we used protection and was very careful. Its been a month now and my period hasnt shown I started getting brownish,reddish stains in my panties I never really bother to know what it was because I would normally get my period after but now it hasnt shown and all I keep getting is the brownish reddish stains..what does that mean?? Please help me!

well, 5-8 days after conception, a pregnant women will get a a redish blotty blood in their under wear. If your worried about being pregnant, but a home pregnancy kit and check for your self. You may just be a little late for your period… it happens once in while. Try not to panic… it just makes things a whole lots worse. So before you start thinking the worse, go out, buy the pregnancy kit and check. They are around £10 in the UK. If your not pregnant…and you are still having the bleeding, then you should go to the doctors and check everything is okay. I hope everything is okay. Good Luck Kirsty x
