Does anyone know?

Alright, I’m honestly curious. So, I’m about 5’2 and a half, and weigh about 97 pounds. I can say I’m pretty skinny, except for my lower stomach. I have a lot of lower stomach fat and love handles and a bit of upper stomach fat. If I run a mile about three times a week, eat about 1500 calories a day, mainly drink water only, and do 100 crunches every night, will I notice a difference in my stomach? I really want a six pack, much less a flat stomach. Will this workout or whatever make me see a difference? How long will it take estimately? What about a mile and a half instead of a mile?

All information and posts will be helpful, so please post! Thanks

You are already underweight. You should weigh between 99 and 121 pounds.   Normal Adult Height-Weight Range Table

Develop a good exercise program which will help you tone your body. That may help replace fat with muscle tone which will make you look and feel better.

Yeah, and they aren’t a huge deal. I just don’t want them there, and are getting bigger.

Answer #4

You sound tiny already. You sure you’re 97 pounds? You sure that these lovehandles are really a big deal?
