Hmm I’ve done speed but not ice…but I do know bout that side effect. ideally once you came off it it hsould go away..but ages ago, it shouldnt still be bothering you. Hmm. maybe smoke some weed, see if that chills you out? That might just make you trip out more though if you trip out easily…
Honestly, see a dr or pysch or something, I mean, you wont like having to admit that you tried ice, but you cant get in trouble for having done it in the past, and it would help you the most. Its better if you realize its something bothering you and you need to fix it, to get proper help now rather than when you’ve scars all over your arm.
And dont try ice again…I do drugs a lot but ice is so strong and has such bad side effects…I’d recomend against it. Stick with the softer stuff like weed if you can, it’ll be better of in the long run!!
Cut back on the drugs and/or alcohol?
Depending on your vices, this is a very strong possibility.
This is also typical for certain psychotic conditions.
