Do you think Staffys are dangerous?

hi I have a 7month old staffy and a 9week old female as well both kc reg and I’ve just been looking on the net about them and it realy gets up my nose when people say there a chav dog im 21 female witha 4year old and a 15months old and my partner is 22 we work very hard to take care of our family inc our pets my 7month old male staff is called bullet but only because he runs fast not because we are chavs for goodness sakes it realy upsets me my dogs are house trained fed every day 2 times a day he plays with my 4 year old but doest realy take any notice of my little boy my little girl plays with him all the time and in the night they sleep on my bed bullet is a little jelouse but thats only because I’ve motherd him so what I motherd my dog he lays upside down in my arms like a new born baby and gos to sleep and stays there untill its time for bed so to all you people that say they are nast dog .. sod of you prob neve owned one… I dont have staffys to look hard at all what a load of crap sorry but it is in my case I love there face there bild the way they look how loveing they are how good they are with my children you people that say there nasty bet 99% of you have never evon owned one so bug off you have no idear I had a german shep untill last year he was brill but I was hit in the face by a drunk bloke in a lane one night and he riped the skin of his back I didt tell him to do it he was protecting me I say good boy I could have been raped or killed or both on the other hand I didnt get a staff to protect me lol mine would lick you to deff

I don’t have any staffy, pitbull cross dogs, but at my home, we have two pure bread staffys. One of them tends to growl a lot when played with. He’s very jealous and can get carried away when playing ball with our other two dogs. And lastly, other male dogs can’t be brought out to our place, because we have had past experiense where he has attacked them. Our other female staffy however seems to have no problems like the other. She’s very playful just like all the previous messages, from people who own one. Like Kymbo, thought she also has the occasual problem, when she axidently playful bites you. But other then that, their good dogs.

I have a staffy x pit bull little girl 11 months old she has just come on heat too she is amazing she is a nutcase and sometimes I have trouble with her not doing as she is told but she is amazing, to me she isnt harmful and I dont think dogs are unless you mistreat them or raise them wrong all mine wants to do is play with you, she jumps and runs around with you and oocasionly she bites but not deliberatly only play bite but still she gets told off for it and around other dogs all she wants to do is runaround and play with them so to me no I dont think they are dangerous there beautiful dogs

Hi I am getting a four year old staff today, the lady I am getting him from is a rescue centre, although doesn’t know much about his past she says she’s never had a problem with him being vicious or anything. I think it just depends on how they have been treated previously, with mine I will have just wait and see, but surely if you treat it right then it wouldnt do anything bad to you. This will be my first staff and am just hoping his previous owner looked after him..
