• Jesus

But regardless, since God is all-seeing and all-knowing; past, present, and future… he KNEW what that angel would become when he created him… and he allowed it to happen.

Even if you don’t believe people are born homosexual, god still predetermined they would be.

Read the Bible! God’s word never faulters…All sin is a sin regardless of what it is, the only unforgiveable sin is blasphamy of the Holy Spirit(God) but all sins are considered equal otherwise, but the bible says that homosexuality is wrong and a sin! Unforgiveable, No…but is wrong!

Puglover, the Bible isn’t the answer to everything. Not everyone wants to read it, not everyone wants to follow it, not everyone wants to believe it. I don’t nescesarily agree with homosexuality but if someone likes people of the same gender, then that’s fine with me.

Well Piamonte, My life is based as a Christian on what God would want of me , NO I am not perfect and I am a sinner and I am human, But as a Christian, that is a path I chose, so Yes, Everything is based and should be based on 1st, what God would want and what His will is and 2nd, what is morally right. …to me homosexuality IS wrong, to the Bible and what God wants, it is wrong! So, in that, thinking of others is based on their Spiritual well being and if that isnt the path they chose, that is their choice, so be it, but for me I choose to follow My God and in that I will always try to do what the Bible(God’s word) says, as I already said, I am human and dont always do what I should, but I do my best to be the best and do the best I can.

The Bible IS the answer to everything!!! You are right, not everyone wants to read it and not everyone wants to follow it, that is their choice. We are free beings and have a free will to choose and do as we want, does it make it right? No, but God doesnt force us to do or be anything, He made us free will beings…so the choice IS ours!

well I dont beleive in any “god” and am a proud athiest being gay/lesbian,bi/transgender/transexual ect does not make anyone any less human because were all the same and I find it pathetic that namely the chrsitian religion denies people soley based on what sexuality they are were all sexual beings the sooner they learn that the sooner they can stop talking about stupid and rediculouse “sins”

jazlovestoskate, you are right, being gay/lesbian,bi/transgender/transexual ect doesnt make us any less human, …doesn’t make anyone necessarily a “bad” person and we are sexual beings, but trying to expalin my views as a Christian to you who isn’t, makes no sense I’m sure at all to you…As I stated in the above statement, we are free beings and God doesnt make anyone do anything they dont desire to do…does He want us all to be saved and come to Him, yes, but He wont force anyone to do anything…thats the wonderful thing about free will , but yet it can also be our downfall if we choose to live in a worldly life instead of living it for Him!

Religious people often make outrages claims that they can not back up with any bit of rational evidence. Hell is one of those… And some religious people have an unhealthy interest in to what is going on in other people’s bedroom…

Some do, but most of the time its brought up by those that are gay, lesbian, bisexual…I dont agree with it, BUT if thats the life you choose, then thats the life you choose, WHY do homosexuals have marches, parade around with signs that announce they are gay, go so public and want so much for the world to know and accept their sexuality? A persons sexuality is a private issue to me and if thats the way you want to live and thats the sexual chose you make, so be it..I dont go around shouting. No, I don’t think homosexuals - or anyone else - will be condemned to hell, because it doesn’t exist. And as far as the christian bible goes, it only makes passing references to homosexuality, and only in the old testament. Strangely, the same christians that interpret that to be resounding condemnation of homosexuality conveniently ignore most of the rest of the old testament. It’s very much a case of selective reading.

Puglove you may need to read that bible of urs again. The bible says that homosexuality is punishable by death, so is disobeying your elders. But it also says not to kill another man and to love others no matter what. That book of urs is full of controdictions. So pull your head out of your over religios a** and step into the real world.

However, I must say, marches and texts on T-shirts do embarrass me somewhat. It must be my introvert european background. I am also fortunate to live and work in a culture where a struggle for recognition of one’s sexuality is not necessary. For now, I am just an ordinary academic in a dark-grey businesslike two-piece ladies suit and heels. But if it ever comes to it, I would wear the shirt and march too!

The bible is full of attoricities committed in the name of god. So what it has to say about homosexuality is meaningless.
