do you ever feel this way please read?
okay im 14 sometime I feel lonely like I have no friends and depressed and stress and I feel like no one likes me or care about me hahaha I don’t know its werid does any one ever get this or similar?
Well, I agree with everyone here. I understand your pain. Let me tell you something. I used to be just like you. And unfortunately, it is difficult to grow out of. Some people never grow out of it. I needed help to get out of that state of mind. Now I can honestly say that I am at an all time high in my emotions. I’m always happy and I rarely let anything get me down. I’ll fill you in on my secret. There is a HUGE scientific explanation behind this, but I wont get into it. The reason why you feel upset at complete random is because depression is something that your mind is used to feeling. Notice how for some reason, as depressed as you may be, you feel comfortable? Something just feels normal or comfortable about the way you feel. This doesn’t have to happen. The only reason why your mind feels comfortable is because it doesn’t know what to feel, so it goes to an emotion that it is used to feeling. I’m not necessarily saying that you’re used to being upset, I’m saying that everyone’s mind is very comfortable with this emotion. You have ALL the power to control it, yet people don’t do it because they let their mind control them. One way to avoid getting upset is whenever a situation happens in your life, keep in tact with your emotions. Think to yourself, ‘Okay, I wonder what I’m going to feel now that this has happened’. Be aware of your mind patterns before a situation happens. Don’t over think though. Once you get good at this, you will be able to start finding ways to completely avoid your mind coming to a negative conformity. And eventually, you will be able to completely control your emotions without needing to change the situation. This comes with a lot of practice. You have to work at it. But the more you become in tact with yourself the better you will be at it. Because you are your mind. It doesn’t control you. You control it. Make it think what you want to think about. Not the problems its making you think about. Start becoming open minded. Once you are open minded and are aware of everything going on in your head, you will be able to control it. It’s such an AMAZING feeling! Think of this; no matter what situation comes your way, no matter what it is, it will not bring you down. Admitedly, I have been brought down in some situations but only because they were intense (a long term relationship breakup). However, I was completely better after a few days. Just remember; the events that happen in your life are not problems. Your mind makes them a problem by thinking about the event, and then your mind comes to a negative emotion. Events can influence your mood, but they do not make your mood. If you work on it, you will achieve (what I like to call it) true immortality. If you would like to hear more of my logic, fun mail me. I feel like that a lot - like seriously once a week. Its normal I guess (and hope) but what cheers me up is the thought that other people feel the same too (by you asking this qs proves that theory) and in that way we´re not that alone, really. I know I have people that love me but sometimes one can get caught up in other things like not having a boyfriend/girlfriend/BFF .. etc. Focus on what you have and not on what you dont have :)
yes this is very normal at your age. dont hold on to thos feelings because they are just your fears and you should concentrate on the good things in life. if you meditate on that now and tell yourself good things when you start to think about the bad you’ll realize all thos thoughts a feelings get better and start to go away. it may take a while but it will get better.
You have your up days and your down days , If you have no friends and everyone around you does then you are most likley to be down. If you feel intimidated by people you need to disguise it and get out there talk to people , if they dont talk back then there pour evil oj , you just know that you will be better off with out them , tell you what I will be your first friends , add me , or fun mail me and we will chat , you have got to start somewhere aint you , and its not wierd I bet everyone will agree , they all feel the same as you sometimes x hope I helped :D chin up , go for it !! x
