Do I have infectected belly piercing & how long to heal infection?

I have done belly piercing 2 months ago, I do wash it 3 times a day with antibacterial soap & boiled water with salt. it was red, irritated & painful in the beginning then I started getting used to it, Almost after 2 months it got infected, became extremely painful, itchy, discharging pus, I applied antibiotoc spray (Amikacin spray) plus regular treatment. After 4 days it is not painful anymore, however still itchy, red & having crusty circle around upper part (looks like hard pus under skin), no progress for the last 2 days. Wanted to know I am on the right track, & how long it will take to heal completely. Thanks in advance.

the guy who pierced my sister’s belly button was a lisenced professional and told her that it is normal for it to get infected at least once. Granted I am not a professional of any kind it would be best to ask the guy who pierced it in the first place. If he is not a professional I suggest you ask one. A girl in who was in my class when I was in 7th grade pierced her belly butto in the middle school bathroom it was disgusting.
