I think my belly button piercing is infected

I got my belly button piercing a week ago its find I cleaned it probably but few days a ago I a black scar between the rings am not sure what its but its getting more visible and bigger and the ring is going I down should I be worried ?

as you’ve just had is done it could be bruised, it is painful at first, if you’re concerned check with a doctor bcos bell button piercings easily bcome infected and are dangerous
