Answer #1

It might have something to do with the fact that you’ve been posting about having mono/weird spots on your throat!

Rest! Rest! Rest!

Answer #2

Lack of food and water combined with exercise will make you dizzy. You must eat before you go on these walks, especially carboyhdrates like pasta, and take fluids with you to drink along the way.

Why haven’t you eaten for whole day, if you are trying to lose weight, not eating won’t help, it will just make you ill. Healthy eating and exercise is the best way to lose weight.

Answer #3

Sounds like your overheating. You need to lower your core temperature. Drink water, take a cool shower or put a cold wet cloth on your neck.

Your body needs fuel when it is put into action. To walk 4 miles without having eaten all day stressed your body. Like a car on empty you won’t get very far with out giving your body what it needs to perform. Exercise works best when you’ve had a light snack before. Anything too heavy will tend to give you a side ache. The snack should be something like a piece of fruit that is low fat and light that your body can use right away and won’t store as fat. You should also be hydrating yourself. You should be drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day and perhaps more depending on your activity. This helps your body to function properly. You will feel better if you have gotten hydrated and have gotten the proper nutrition.

Moderation is also key in exercising. If your body isn’t used to pushing itself for 4 miles you may have overdone. Pushing yourself too hard not only wears you out, but it increases the chances of soreness and the likelihood that you won’t continue your exercise regime. If you are starting an exercise regime its better to start small and increase over time for example go a mile and see how you feel. If you are over tired, are so out of breath that you can’t speak a complete sentence or feel light headed or sick to your stomach you have pushed yourself too hard and should ease up a little.

It’s good to want to be healthy and at a healthy weight, but exercising too hard and not eating right and drinking enough water will not help you achieve that. Instead of feeling better and stronger you will feel weak and sick. Be moderate in your diet and exercise and you’ll see results that will make you look and feel at your best.
