What is the name of the disorder that makes you think you're ugly or fat?

Just low self asteem or insecurity I guess. Something everyone has in one form or another, it’s part of life and we just have to deal with it. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and confidence comes from within. I’ve known people where just terribly ugly by most peoples standards, but where the nicest, smartest, coolest, sincere and wonderful people to be around. I so admired them. Being “too good lookin” can also cause problems and make life hard, so learn to be you, love you and others will do the same.

Low self esteem is the mild form.
