How do you tell the difference between a stress headache and a 'normal' headache?

Answer #1

When your head starts hurting because theres so,ething bothering you or you just got in a fight, or you where craying or just that you got too much work to do and stuff like that then that might be stress pain. I dont really know how you get just “head pain” Meaby when you get hit with something, or your hair is too long, or tight up too tight?

Answer #3

I know the difference between my “normal” headaches and tension headaches by where the pain is at. Tension headaches can usually be felt in your muscles (neck, back, shoulders..) and the pain in your head is usually an all-over feeling, not just one side. I also find myself wanting to “rub the pain out” of my head with a tension headache more than the others, that could just be me though. :p
