what is a good diet for someone with gallstones?

Answer #1

The best thing to do is cut back on the fats … that’s where you run into problems and end up with gallbladder attacks. If you can reduce the amount of fat in your diet, it could possibly mean avoiding surgery to have your gallbladder removed.

Since I had my gallbladder removed I become very sick when I eat fats and even oranges (among other things). A diet change is always better than surgery.
