I’m trying to shed a few pounds, nothing drastic though. The thing is I don’t know how to start . . . I know eat vegetables and fruits, but more specific?? Thanks

Cut out ALL refined starch - white bread, white rice ect! Eat healthy starch only in the afternoon, not evening. Do not fry ANYTHING in oil, use water to cook food, or little melted butter -LITLLE if really necessary! Do not overcook veggies. Drink lots of water and eat every 4 hours to keep metabolism up :)
