What defines whether something is actually a sport or not?
Cheer leading, jump roping, dancing…? Are things like this actually considered sports? Why or why not? What makes one activity a sport, and another not?
If it involves lots of action and exercise. You see swimming involves you doing something and involves action. Playing chess doesn’t. You just sit there and play the game. Get it?
a sport is more a physical thing you do, that envloves alot of moving and motion
Chess is a recognised sport. Basically any competitive activity is a sport.

i would call chess a sport…..i think anything that ivolves practice and tatics that not every body can be good at is a sport not jst physically but mentally……
