Will expired Darvocet show on a drug test?

I had a prescribition of darvocet from an operation about 2 years ago.The drug expired 7/2007.I pulled out my back on the 1st of Febuary of this year.I took one pill before bedtime to relieve the pain.The orginal prescribition was for 25 and 20 left.It has been awhile since I’ve taken any of this medication.I had a drug test for a return to work status.My question is will this drug be out of my system.I am about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds and work out at ymca 6 days a week.I do drink a lot of water too.I had eatin breakfast and vitamins 3 hours before the test.Thanks for any help in this matter.Dave

The fact that you had a prescription for it makes it okay. Lots of people have pills that “expire”, but they are still okay to take. Let them know you took a darvocet and that you have a prescription for it and you will be fine. They are looking for drug abusers. There won’t be a problem.
