Did I damage my voice?

I hurt my voice by hitting notes that were very low for over six months. It gives out faster, but I stopped hitting the low notes. Will it heal if I take care of it better?

It should but try drinking tea with honey, and do not add ice because ice can help damage your voice.

It should heal over time, but you can permanently damage your voice that way so definitely be careful.
