how come my dad is willing to give money to his sisters, but he doesnt pay child support?

I agree as well,,he obviously doesnt see how mean he is being but you can pay him back by not looking after him when he is old and if it gets really bad dont pay for a care home-its what he diserves every child needs stuff-its the way we are

he gets me stuff but i kno by the reaction and looks he doesnt wanna go to the store

well no dads wanna go shopping,,unless its car shopping or something that they like,,im sure he wants you to be happy and thats why he buys it for you but he just doesnt like to shop. You also need to remember that ALL dads think that all girls buy is rubbish wether its a magazine or a skirt (which will always be too short in their eyes even if its by our ankles)

Is his relationship with your Mother difficult? It sounds like he is confusing his feelings towards your Mother with his repsonsibility and actions towards you. He may resent giving the money to your Mother (even though it is for you). The money he gives his sisters is voluntary where his child support is court ordered. When he buys you something instead of seeing the joy in it all he sees is more money he is spending that your Mother is not.

It is possible that as you get older he will be able to seperate you from your Mother and see just you.
