Can a cyst cause you to swell really big?

i hae cysts on my ovaries..and no i haven’t been to the doctor yet..made an appointment..and it hasn’t gotten here yet..but anyway..all last week my lower tummy way lbelow my belly button..it was swollen out like really big and hurting sooo bad!..i swear it was so big and hard it looked like i was pregnant..lol..but i was wondering..can cysts do this to you..or could this be something else?

I wouldnt wait for a doctor appointment, i would go to the emergency room. Swelling and pain could indicate that one of the cyst on your ovaries have ruptured and it would need to be looked at asap. If not treated and taken care of right away you could lose your ability to have children or have internal bleeding.
