Cycle or implantation bleeding

Ok I haven’t had a cycle in two months and I’ve been having unprotected sex with my husband and Wednesday was our last time having sex until today and afterwards about four hours later I noticed I had sum bleeding with a clear discharge with it. But my cycles are usually regular and we took a pregnancy test about three weeks ago and it came out to be negative so can sum kne please help me??? I’m very confused
