How to tone up and flatten stomach?

so I am naturally very curvy. I have large breasts for my age and I have big hips. I dont want to lose any weight because I like being curvy but does anybody have any exercises I could do daily just to Tone up and flatten my stomach a bit? thanks

That’s great keeping your body the right size. But like you said, our stomach is the hardest part to keep toned. I suggest you do so cardio excercises. Start your day with a cup of yogurt on an empty stomach. Next, stretch your arms right infront of you and bring your knees up to your hands. Do this for quite a while, 5-10min. To make it more entertaining, watch some tv or listen to your mp3 player. You can also try bending down and touching your toes 10 times. However, if you feel that it will affect any other aspect of your body that you like, then don’t try it. FOR MORE HELP : go on google and search excercise tv, you can search for only ab workouts, or cardio for the stomach and you can get a good video with an instructor showing them to you. The concept of ‘isolated weight loss’ is a myth… there are no exercises that will make you lose body fat ONLY in your stomach. Fat is burned evenly across your entire body.

You can also do crunches. Lay on your back with your knees up and your feet off the ground Put your hands beside your head, kind of cupping your ears. Now curl you body and touch your elbows to your knees. Do this 50 times a night - it doesn’t take long. This is very good for your stomach and will give you a firm, muscular look that will go well with your curves! Have fun!
