Is there a natural way to cure Insomnia?

Well, It’s not a very reaccuring thing, not like a real condition. I know I’m going to have trouble sleeping tonight, so I need a non-drug solution to getting to sleep, any Ideas?. I want some help on this one…

PS: I don’t want some $50.00 organic rare plant that I have to go buy, not enough time in the world…

The first thing your doctor would ask: are you drinking things that have a lot of caffeine? Have you had any mental illeness or recent mental trauma?

…you didn’t give us any details. Is this your issue or a friends? How long has it been going on for? Do you consume a lot of sugar? Eat right before “bed time”? How many hours of sleep do you actually get?

Are you above or below the average height for your age? Do you use drugs or smoke cigarettes?

…there isn’t a natural cure, however. If you do have an issue, you’ll need to talk to a doctor & get prescription medication for this problem.

In that case, herbal tea, meditation, and a really boring book will work.

Try a relaxing bath or shower first. If you do all those you shouldn’t have a problem getting to sleep.
