How to cure a burn on your tongue?

I don’t believe thr is a way, stay away from stuff with salt as it will make it burn, and cruchy stuff cuz that will irritate it

Only time can cure this wound sigh but cool foods like ice cream, pudding, jello, etc. will help.

Swish a mix of ice, water and a bit of baking soda (1 tsp. in an 8 oz glass) around you mouth every few minutes for about 30 minutes. Hope it gets better…

I just hold an icecube on my toung until I can’t hold it anymore lol it seems to help me!

Ooooh I have done that, it hurts! Ice cream definately helps, and an oral anti-inflammatory gel can help alot also. Sucking on ice cubes is also helpful.

I just remembered that a mouth rinse made up of pepto, water, and baking powder will also help.

I agree not salty stuff. Keep away from other hot stuff. I think the tongue heals pretty fast.

Actually, taking an anti-inflammatory pill could help with the pain too.
