What type of red wine? Is it a fruity wine, or full-bodied?
do not know….italian(sp?)
well…if dry red wine, most meats go with it…roast beef, steaks, beef stews & such…(some include chicken as well others dont & leave it up to a dry white wine, although i feel it goes better with fish) I guess it all depends on your taste buds & what you prefer!
Now…if a fruity wine, then deserts(like sangria would go with deserts or pieces of fruits in it because it is a red fruity wine)
