could my friend have been a virgin all along?

I am asking this question for my 20 year-old friend.she asked me and I didn’t even know what to tell her so maybe ya’ll can help her out..here’s her question.

‘’No one I’ve ever been with sexually has been really big,but not very small.I have been having sex since I was 13 and I have never bled and the sex never hurt the first time,was just a bit tight,but not hurtful.But my fiancee and I finally had sex for the first time the other day,and I bled a little bit afterwards and I’ve never done that but it didn’t hurt so could it be that I just got my cherry popped after having sex for years already?’’

also on a side note here…I have a question

when I had sex for the first time I had some mild discomfort but I did not bleed and I felt no pain.I have heard that lifiting weights and heavy objects and strenous activites can break your hymen and I used to go the gym a lot back then so is it possible that I ‘popped my cherry’ excersising?

Lol well I didn’t say that it’s “impossible” because some girls (although rare) have very tough hymens that cannot break from sexual activity. They can still have sex, but it will obviously be tough and/or painful. That’s why I did not leave out this possibility. These girls will have to get their hymens surgically cut.

^ actually it’s pretty much IMPOSSIBLE for her hymen to not have been broken previously lol.

but anyway, virginity isn’t determined by whether or not your hymen breaks..

For your question, definitely yes.

For your friend’s question, she could have told the truth and the bleeding from sex with her fiance could just be from some rough sex or fingering, and you usually don’t feel any pain when it happens anyway. It’s very unlikely that her hymen did not break from previous sexual encounters.

p/s: Not all girls bleed when their hymen breaks.
