If you have picture messaging no. But if you dont yes there will be extra charges on your bill if it even is able to send.

As I said if you have picture messaging on your plan yes you can send it to your e-mail for free.

i think standard msging rates apply. It’s no different then a normal txt. Well for me it isn’t.
