Umm if you were going to do it, do it for permanent because nothing else will work the same unless you use temporary dye. because Sharpie, and Mascara will not do for you. :)

just use clip in. dont destroy your hair with sharpies.

with a dark hair colour, dying, mascara and sharpie will not show up mascara in your hair is a stupid idea and text will just make it look horrible and take a while to come out if you want a lighter colour in your hair then you need to bleach it and bleaching ruins your hairs heal/strength and shine but as I said before in your other question what you probably dont realase is that majority of them are clip in extensions thats why they look so neat and usually look like they dont belong in the hair at all (which is usually a normal colour like brown or blonde) doing them in your actual hair would mean there not going to be as neat as the clip in ones because your real hair moves around a lot and doesnt stay in the same place, or even on the same side so if you want what every other “scene” kid has, get clip in ones because majority of all of them have clip in coon tails and coon tails are more considered scene that emo because emo isnt a hairstyle
