How to cook small red potatos in the oven?

I have some small red potatos that i want to cook in the oven to go with my chicken for dinner. Whats a good way to fix them in your opinion and what temperature do they need to be on?

When my mom and I cook, this is always how we make them: Don’t peal the skins (we personally love the skins), cut them into quarter pieces. They seem to be the best size, not to small and not too big. Sprinkle the tops of them (or all around if you really like a strong taste) with onion powder. DO NOT use too much because then they taste really salty and it just ruins the whole meal. Put graded cheese alllll over it, I love cheese :) It doesn’t matter what kind of cheese, just as long as it’s very flavorful! Parsley is optional, but I recommend it. OH yeah I almost forgot, cook them at 325 degrees for about…. hmmm… like 45 minutes? I’m not sure, so keep a close eye on them :) Hope this helped!

I like them cut in quarters or halves (the really small ones) with a drop of oil as well as a little bit of salt and pepper. Then bake them at 200°C and wait till they start turning brown.

You can also cut them in thin slices, put them in an oven dish with other veggies (carrots, broccoli, whatever you have and like) and then add some sour cream salt and spices and cover it with cheese. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
