controversy

I am living with my dad and want to live with my mom. I was already living out there but I was to uncomfortable with the new school.there was a school where some friends I made over the summer but go to a different school that I wanted to go 2. I finnaly had approval to go to the other school but my dad got a court order to have me come back before I could start.apparently I was not being respectful to my dad when I came back and he thinks its cause of my mom. now I absolutely hate my dad and am considering hurting myself to get back wit my mom. HOW DO I CONVINCE MY DAD TO LET ME MOVE BACK OUT WIT MY MOM.
